I'm going to the ND-Pitt game, first time I've been to the stadium in a few years. I saw on the ND website that no charcoal is allowed. Is this rule strictly enforced? I don't have a portable gas grill. Also, about what time do people arrive to the lots? Do they open at 8? Thanks!
