This is seriously frustrating. Arguably the most talented OL on the team and a broken arm is holding him out way longer than what should be expected.

It's kinda weird that DMC's coaching trajectory is very circular. Went from the Chiefs to Indiana to Notre Dame to the Raiders and now potentially back to the Chiefs. Never promoting.

Being a co-DC in Venables' system is the equivalent of being named Assistant to the Regional Manager. Venables runs the defense and calls the plays. And I'd imagine he will get a similar title and pay, if not a bump, at ND.
