On another note: ND is 5-2 agains the top 6 teams other than the Irish. Only team they did not beat was Duke. Beat NC, Syracuse, NC State, V Tech and Louisville (split). A number if good wins on their resume. I’d like to see them get at least a few wins in the ACC tourney.

I remember when Soldier Field had a capacity of over 100,000. The annual Catholic league champion vs Public league champion game (Prep Biwl) would at times fill the stadium.

I think MF would leave for The OSU before the pros.

I think if MF wins a natty at some point, he could consider the League. But I don’t think that’s in the next 2-3 years. I was very surprised he even considered the NFL this early, unless if was a negotiating tool by his agent.

How long does Cignetti stay at IU? IU is hot until he leaves. It won’t be a LT destination for the 5 stars, but it could be a 5 year struggle for us.

Glad they have a kicker because Schmidt was not good last year. What happened to him? He seems to have been great in HS. We were thrilled when he made an extra point. Kicking was one of a few things that would have hurt us in the playoffs.

I really don’t like the silence from everyone that matters. If anything, the Freeman to the Giants is getting louder. Although I don’t believe he’s leaving, we thought we were headed to the playoffs too. Could not getting in the playoffs, NIL and the portal soured him on college football...
