Most of the guys on the list didn't pan out due to injuries, so if the trend is that a lot of the RBs drafted at the end of R1 have had injury problems, that's not something you can forecast as a GM, so if you need an RB, it's probably not a good idea to pass up on the 2nd best RB in the draft...
