Holy shit. You were still using Internet Explorer.. a browser so bad, standards non-compliant, insecure and just plain bad (yes, I had to say it twice) that's it's a running joke. Bad Monk, bad!

I've always experienced the same issue with Chrome (as in there is no white down arrow to the right of vbPlaza, thus no drop down). The quick work-around (at least for me) is to click User CP. That page will have vbPlaza with the drop down menu. Click-click. EDIT: Kanye had it too, don't see...
