Rumor has it Arizona State or Oregon State will be the opponent. That QB on ASU will pick our secondary apart. A rematch with Oregon St. from the Fiesta Bowl a few years ago would be huge. Not to sound like a defeatist, but I think either one would beat ND in a bowl game on a neutral field.

The Arizona State QB separated his shoulder in the loss to Arizona and his season is over. You're right though, he would have killed our secondary...I'm guessing the damage would have been about 350+ yards and 3 tds. I hope we play the Sun Devils now that he is out, since it gives us a better chance for a win.
