Notre Dame is high on his list, but the Irish have yet to offer him. I'm with you, this kid is a perfect fit in South Bend. Kelly and staff will probably wait and figure out what position he wants to play in college. He's an good runningback, but I can honestly see him as a Corner, Safety or Linebacker on defense, where ND needs him most. If he wants to play defense, then ND could very well get a commit from this guy.

when will recruiting sites start rating all these players? I am trying to get a feel for next years class, but it is hard when only like 6-10 guys have been ranked for each position.

They usually start ranking everyone around the end of the school year, or after spring practice.

He's very underrated. He currently has offers from Temple and UCONN. He will get the offers eventually. He can also play WR. Central Dauphin where I go to school football program is like Notre Dame. Do well in the classroom, good citizens and have succcess on the field.
