In response to your BK picture showing up in recruting threads post, I have changed my avatar to a pic of Lassie jumping over a rainbow, as to not offend anyone. I think that it will help recruits to come away with a positive feeling re the Irish Envy site, should they read the recruiting pages. Hopefully, no recruit is allergic to dogs or hates happiness. If this is the case, I will adjust my avatar to a more appropriate picture.
