i had a bad experience with them years ago. they are a total joke. i finally got someone to pick up after 7 months of calling about my daughter's cheerleading outfit. i wish there was a way to put them out of business.

Thanks for the heads up. I was going to buy some stuff this weekend, I'll look elsewhere. I did buy a ND garden gnome from them, with no issues, last year. Not going to take a chance though.
