appreciate you putting this on for us...not always easy for me to watch at work and you do a great job of summarzing the main thoughts and questions...actually easier to read this than watch and listen sometimes lol!!

Can't believe BC beat us six times in a row. What the hell was going on during the 2000s?!

This is the game I have been most confident about all year. BC is simply not a good football team, and I'd be surprised if the Irish don't comfortably roll in a manner similar to the Maryland game.

One of the best LB's in the country Kuechly (sp?)

They rely on the running, whether Harris plays or not.

Very good defensive team, that plays fundamentally.

They have to play well or they will have their hands full.

No style points in a big game, like Maryland. Left starters in to make progression with the team and get better.

The defense was able to get more of the younger players in, just the way it worked out.

Can you plan for a defensive player like Keuchly. They have to figure something out to get away from him. They will prepare like they were preparing for an offensive player.

Recruited him at Cincinnati but he was BC pretty much the whole way. Kuechly

Te'o and Keuchly are very similiar. They have instincts, leaders, great tackler.

Te'o is bigger.

They are very productive

Mulvey and Cavanaugh.

Mulvey has created his own cult and fan club. He understands the offense very well. Great personality to help with the team. Done a great job

Cavanaugh carries a huge load for what he does. Very important to the kicking game and he is only a walk on. It is pretty neat he can rise to that level of consistency

Cam ROberson healing process has been slow, but it is a long road.

No new news on Riddick, will run him around in practice today.

Emotions are fine during senior day, they have to make sure not to get emotional though.

Not expected to get outside of them self. There should be able to execute without a problem

Harrison Smith, is important because what he does on and off the field. You can model you program after a player like him because of the way he handles himself. He did great with the transition from coach to coach. He has meant a lot to the program.

Hard to be successful without a guy like him, but it is possible. It is good to have him though. One of the main reasons he was the lone Captain

3rd quarter scoring 77-13.

The guys get a feel for the flow of the game. The guys are in tip top conditioning. Some of the things are luck, execution for reason they have outscored the opponents in the 3rd quarter.

Numbers are a good conversation but for after the season. You want to be great in every quarter.

Lo Wood.

He is the next guy. That is why he plays. They do have confidence in him but still has a way to go. He is the next guy in though, he has to be ready.

CB's need a short memory and Lo has that in him.

Adjusting Tommy's release point for the deep ball and screen passes.

Asking him to release at a certain point, not changing his whole technique. Just little things that will help him develop. Sometimes you have to come outside of your muscle memory to make plays.

They will never change a QB's throwing motion. They want him to make the throws, that is it. Tommy just needs experience and he is learning that.

Depth at the D-line position.

Controlling the line of scrimmage is easier with depth at the D-line. Some of them can handle the load more than others. Ethan can not at the moment because of his injury. It is good to get them all involved throughout the game.

Might get 2 1000 yard rushers.

Perception of a passing coach first. He has had multiple thousand yard rushers in his career. Look at the body of work when recruits look at the program.

Every chance Toma has got he has performed great. But like Gray and Wood, you can't just shut one down for the other. They will both get reps (Toma and Riddick).

Proud of Eiferts development. His desire to want to be the best. He has done it. Fighting through injury, time in the weight room. He shows up every week. Says a lot about the person he is.

He is very important to the offense.

Playing the game of football 18-21 year olds. They love to play, no matter where it is. They will never let their teammates down. This in regards to not making the goal of making the BCS.

Ben Turk.

Ben was muscle memory, had to make sure he repeated the action. He needed to do what he did in practice and translate it to gameday. He has been doing that lately and he should do nothing but get better.

They have not done anything different, they have just coached them harder.

He is hired and fired on wins but what wants him to coach is the desire to see a young man change his course on life. That is what Floyd has done. He is in a good place, he wasn't earlier this year. But to see him grow really means a lot to a coach.

It is not about suspending him and saying he is a naughty boy. It is about helping them develop as men. He never misses a rep, even when he is sick.

It is not where you start but where you finish.

He is a better player this year than last year. His work on the field speaks for its self
