There is a place by my house that isn't a chain, so it is a bit off topic here. However it is amazing! It's called Slater's and they make a 50-50 burger. The patty is 1/2 sirloin and 1/2...wait for it...BACON! Oh lordy it is incredible.

The Counter is also really good. More high end, but very good. They are opening more locations this year.

First off, Whataburger down here in TX is the best fast food burger you will ever eat.

If you're looking for variety, Jack-n-the-box is the place. Burgers, 2 tacos for 99cents, egg rolls...etc. Of course your stomach will make you pay later.

I think Rally's/Checkers are a similar thing to Carl's Jr. There aren't many Hardees around here.
