What game in 2010 do you fear? What game are you most excited for?

Can't wait for the Purdue game. So many questions that I have will hopefully be answered in that one game. Most nervous about USC...but this is the game I am always most nervous about every year, just because most of my friends are USC grads and fans. I plan on attending ND vs USC for sure this year. Might even consider taking my twins to that game (they will almost be 2 by then).

Nervous: UM and USC as they are the types of games that a season is measured on.

Excited: Purdue because that means the new era of ND football has officially arrived.

Attending: at least the spring game, Purdue, and UM, but hopefully the rest of the home games as well. Last season, me and a buddy stood in line at the gameday sales window for 5 hours for the USC game and got tickets 15 minutes before kickoff. Front row 50 yard line behind USC bench. It was also my first ND game.

The game I most fear: Spring Game. Will crist be ready to go? That is going to be huge for him to get that time in.
The game I"m most excited about: The Spring Game, to see if players switch position, see how (hopefully) Crist looks. see how Rees looks, most IMPORTANTLY how the DEFENSE looks.

I won't even take Western Michigan as an easy win. I figured ND would win 9 - 10 games last year with that schedule. The schedule turned out to be harder than it looked and Notre Dames defense was worse than I expected. By the end of Michigan I think I'll have a good idea what kind of season ND will have. But the game I fear most is the USC game because if ND loses I have to hear it for another year from my SC friends.

Most Feared - Michigan State. They just play us so hard and are going to attempt to protect their home field the way we did last year.

Most Excited - Can I have 2. Pitt/USC. Living in the 'burgh I have had enough of these bandwagon clown fans. I hope BK smacks them around. USC because its USC and I am tired of losing.

Attending - Not sure. I want to take my dad who hasn't been there since 79. Many health problems and I am hoping and praying he can make the trip in Oct. probably Utah. He might be upset that he may need a wheel chair, but I told him I would push him all over campus all weekend if that meant getting him there. They do have a handicapped area in the stadium don't they.

Yes they do. That is how I was able to get into the USC game last year. People in wheelchairs turn in their tickets for the wheelchair seats and then they resell the regular tickets. However, I believe to get 2 seats in the wheelchair section, you have to purchase 4 regular tickets. That was my understanding that I was able to gather from standing in line for 5 hours for the USC game waiting on those tickets. I would check into it ahead of time if I were you.

There is no team on this schedule that strikes fear in me. I'm worried about all of them except WMU.

I am hopeful I can make a mini vacation out of the Purdue and Michigan games to start the season. My dad is retiring this year and will have his Winnie parked up in Michigan, meaning a 2-2.5 hour drive or so to South Bend for each game.

Haven't been to the Bend since USC '07. Gotta get that dirty taste outta my mouth.

I honestly couldn"t stomach another loss to Wichigan. I hate them like herpes, not that I have herpes but......I have a......friend......yeah a freind and he says that shit sucks.

I think for each ticket that you wish to trade in for a wheelchair ticket you need double that.
