I just woke up, so I voted Floyd on error.
Samardzija was a stud, and I still have pics of his grabs all over my computer.

Golden was clutch and my vote is really with him. This is only because of
Mikey's injury. At the beginning of '09 he was always all over it. I hope he can
fully heal or whatever, after the injury he was looking a little rusty.
Mikey could possibly be the "Man", but my crystal ball is fuzzy, if not cracked!

I'll ask again. How the hell do you know he won't...Kreskin? I simply love all of you internet crystal ball gazers. Ya'll can see the future....and are able to pidgeon-hole every player on our roster.

Laughable.

But please....carry on.

Jesus, Dude. Calm down. It's an opinion of mine. The bottom line is that, if you were building a team and could pick one ND tailback(based on their prime) to play on that team, I'd think that 95% of ND fans would have Jerome Bettis on their roster, before Armando Allen. I like Allen, and again, I hope he proves me wrong........BUT, you are crazy if you think that most ND fans wouldn't dump Allen in a heartbeat, for the 21 year old Jerome Bettis.

I have to go with the Shark, Tate was great also. I think Floyd will set every record.

Voted for Tate. Hard not to vote for him IMO, but second would have went to Mo, then the Shark number 3.

Floyd, if not plagued by injuries, would be tough to vote down though. And probably would have put a hamper on Tates touches as well, but i still would have voted for him.

Loved the Shark just for style points and smoothness on the field but like many I had to vote for Golden, when he was on the field great things could happen, wish he had stayed.

C'mon... give the Shark some pub. Didn't have a Michael Floyd to take Double teams away and still killed it. I only wonder what he would have done had he played football instead of baseball....

You can't go wrong with either Tate or the Shark. Both made some awful big plays during their careers. I would have liked to have seen Tate stick around for his senior year. I understand why he is leaving, his draft status right now is as high as it can get

Tate didnt have a Michael Floyd for half the season and killed it against triple teams. Game, set, match.

seeing a white boy called The Shark play WR like that was great to see hahaha i voted for him :)

but on a serious note i love that ND has become a more balance offense (Pass & Run together) compared to are old days playing the Option (Run alot and a few Passe's) . We where able to see these young receivers, the pass couple of years be able to put up numbers you only see a Florida or USC Wide Outs.

McKnight was my favorite of this decade probably cause he was a Cali boy haha but Tate man i can't say enough good things about this guy, he surprise's me everytime i watch him in a game, just when i think i have seen everything, he does something great. Tate could have really put a dent into the ND records at WR (stats wise), he already did of course, but if him and Clausen stayed one more year wow his receiving records would be amazing !! Stovall & Battle are some of my favorites also !!

I guess Floyd will be the one to break all the WR records at ND if he is able to stay heathy a full year, and stay both his junior and senior year, with either QB behind the center Crist or Montana.
