I don't know if I'd say that Benn sucks. I think he was the victim of a very inaccurate QB in Juice Williams and an awful coach in Ron Zook. It would not surprise me if he has a great combine and goes in the 1st round.

Benn shouldn't be a first round pick, but a team will reach for him. Right now, any junior receiver that is anywhere near a first round pick should go because the 2011 draft is going to be epic for wide receivers, 1996 part 2.

Benn can play, he just had a crappy-ass QB and a crappy-ass offensive system that couldn't get him the ball. You put him in CW's offense with Clausen, Tate and Floyd and my Lord, who you gonna stop? I can't say he screwed up by not picking ND b/c it's not exactly like we had great years ourselves, but he would've had a ton more fun on offense and he would have a ton more exposure that's for sure...

Isn't Dez Bryant the kid from Oklahoma State who got suspended this year for some bullshit NCAA rules violation? If so, I don't see why a team would draft him over Tate. Tate is going to be as good as DeSean Jackson at the next level (could even be better) and I can tell you that DeSean Jackson has single handedly won 2-3 games for the Eagles this year. I think that WR needy teams would be crazy to pass on him. He's the surest thing in the draft.
Back to the topic of Benn...I personally would probably draft someone with better collegiate numbers (like Shipley from Texas), but some team like the Raiders will take Benn high simply because he's big and fast.
