What is Notre Dame football

I am finding it tough to find one positive article about ND tonight. I had no idea that the national media had such a disdain for a university that is striving for greatness instead of being satisfied with mediocrity. I love ND football and I was thinking that maybe we should relax academic standards or settle having only 7 or 8 wins a seasons. But after really having my eyes opened tonight reading how the rest of the world sees the university and team that I love I can only say...screw them. ND should continue to try and be great and aspire to be what it once was.

There is nothing wrong with wanting to be great!

Notre Dame football is a college football program based at a mid-sized private Catholic college in South Bend, IN. The school boasts 11 National Championships and some of the greatest college football players in history. They play their home games at Notre Dame Stadium.
