I am sick and tired of the ND Nation crying and begging for a new coach. If and i mean If Charlie Wies is fired then let these coaches come to us. We are Notre Dame we should not have to beg for a new coach they should come to us.

I get the sentiment, and I agree with where you are coming from....

but...

Thats why we've had to settle for junk like Willingham and Weis in the past. Need to move the mentality a little into the 21st century. We are ND, but we do have to compete a little now for HC talent.

Not saying its like trying to hire a coach at Ball State or something. But work it a little, and we should get the right kind of guy.

In the days of big money coaches, its all about posturing for the best deal they can get. ND is on the ropes and to get the guy we want we are going to have to pay their price. Sad but true.
