Something I just noticed watching Rudy in HD

There is some asshole in the stands holding up a Boston College sign in one of the crowd shots. I know that the game action was filmed when the Irish played BC that year but they couldn't edit it out?

I thought and I'm pretty sure that game was filmed during the Penn State snow game. I had friends in town and the talked about it on TV.

Another thing to notice:

The guy sitting behind Rudy's father at the game is the real Rudy Ruettiger.

If you could see the far side of the field (Rudy's dad was in section 18) in section 25, you could see me - well, I'm not on camera, but if I were - - you would see a guy in a blue jacket yelling real loud. Well, that might have been me. Maybe a green sweatshirt or a cream colored sweatshirt with old style block letter I R I S H on it. Or a parka...

If you watch the movie and you see that Rudy guy...yeah, that was definitely me. I'm totally Sean Astin.
