I agree Stockton. Allen and Gray were homerun threads too before they got behind our offensive line! Woods will have to be unreal to sniff the field over our 4 headed monster at RB! Evans will get time but will not be anymore then a #3 receiver! Stockton has the chance to make the biggest impact!

After watching Cierre Wood's highlight video, I believe that he is "unreal." I think that the country will get to see this firsthand tomorrow. I really hope that Wood gets at least 3-4 series in tomorrow's US Army All American game, so that we can all see what we have coming in next year. If Cierre can block, he will play early.

The other player I see having an immediate impact is Zeke Motta. He was given the nickname "Baby Hercules" and he plays much bigger than he is. I think he could play the Harrison Smith hybrid LB/Safety role immediately next year as a freshman and could really excel there.

Give Shaq Evans some love people. The kid is legit and could easily slide into the slot as our #3 if Kamara doesn't rebound. Look for Shaq to help us spread the field next year.

I can't wait for the Cali kids to arrive on campus. Obviously I'm a homer and I'm want to say Shaq and Wood. But, the one player we NEED to be special is Stockton. We have studs on offense, but Stockton being special would help us so much more. Also, with our line being what it is, if Cierre could be what we all predict him to be, it would make our offense just about unstoppable...

I can't wait for this game 2marrow...I think Shaq, Cierre, Stockton, Motta and Pollard have the type of talent that could contribute to ND next year...The most impact imo will be Cierre Wood. He is a difference maker and hopefully tomarrow he will show that. I am really excited about Zeke Motta as well. I think he could definetely challenge for time next season...He's Harrision Smith on roids imo. lol.

What about Byron Moore? Are we going to steal him away? If so don't you think he could. Also, Te'o..........I think if he commits......no point in even bringing this argument up.

sorry chyrspchuck, but byron coming to ND is highly unlikely IMO, and even if Teo were to committ, it would be 2011 before we seen him sporting the blue and gold. Running game has been hurting big time, think we have yet to get a Great all around RB(i know i know Hughes, allen, Aldridge but have any of them really impressed the hell out of ya?). hopefully cierre is the answer.

And if we are to get one more committ who would impact next season, i think the most likely Freshman still on the board to impact next season is Tyler Gaffney. again, just IMO.

Tyler Stockton, and Zeke Motta. Stockton has been a top 3-5 DL in the practices at the Army game. Zeke has also impressed when at the LB spot for the East team in practices. Cierre Wood's running style reminds me of Darren McFadden. I don't think he is as talented as McFadden and until we get an OL worth a damn we may never know. Shaq's hands are inconsistent and he needs to add some bulk. Marlon Pollard is likely to not see the field next year. Walls, McNeil, Blanton, and Gray are all going to be ahead of him. Barring injuries or pure suckiness I don't see Marlon making much of an impact early, but the kid is going to be a great player for us. Next year your going to see a lot of '08 guys who would be considered "RS Frosh" make impacts. Filer, Walker, Lewis- Moore, etc.

Baby Hercules is more fitting for Carlo Calabrese. Google him and he has a picture of him and he looks like he is competing in the worlds strongest man.

Teo main contributor next year. He won't take his mission for 2 years.....

yea, your right my bad. i keep forgetting they take the missions when they are 19, not 18. He will play a year then go i guess. Thats all assuming he will committ here though. I hope he does for sure.
