Yes I must agree. The sad thing is that it took too long to make the Decision . So now were even a bigger laughing stock.

Sad to say i dont think we ever made any contact with other coaches. Someone would have leaked the news.... we definately didnt look at meyer, who cant even talk about coaching other schools or talk to other schools until the regular season is over at Flordia. its in his contract. jack made a decision, next year we will have to live with his decision, either good or bad, we will find out.

The crazy thing is...there was NEVER any doubt...this was a media creation. NO COACH IS GOING TO BE FIRED WITH 7 YEARS LEFT ON A CONTRACT...the media speculated and people went nutty.

Weis knew all along, that is why he went recruiting right after the game.
