Okay, in a continuing effort to avoid actually doing WORK tomorrow, I want to wake up to a new thread.

I want to know what movie title best fits your feelings for this season? I can't wait to read some of these. They don't necessarily have to fit the exact theme of the movie, but the title, taken literally or otherwise, needs to describe your feelings about ND Football 2008. For instance, a very easy one would be, of course, "The Crying Game". Literal and to the point.

NeuteredDoomer, I am especially waiting to hear your thoughts...

WAITING. As in the next 3-4 seasons while we wait for Urban Meyer. It will be his last stop and dream job consumation. Read the article posted on ND nation and you will understand. Notre Dame is and will always be a place for men who really want to accomplish something like Ara and Lou. Firing Weis now would be a mistake even though I would want that. Charlie had everything you want except motivation and raw ability to lead. This program must have someone who understands you're on an island at Notre Dame and that challange is what brings you there. Meyer knew that and choose well when he turned us down before. But when the time is right, and it may be soon, he will come. The administration should consider his petition to make it easier to get the players he would need. They did that with Lou and they will do it again for Meyer. Problem is we will have to wait 3-4 more years for the pieces to fall in place and suffer. Why else would he still say Notre Dame is his dream job. He just wants the same situation Ara and Lou had. I'm not a fan of Urban Meyer but I do want whats best for Notre Dame and its not Charlie.

You want to see the movie because the talent looks good. Turns out the movie is horrible and towards the end it gets worse.
