Can we arrange some sort of "town hall" style debate between the candidates?

I like the platform of reducing taxes, but I am not sure yet about the betting issue. Where do you stand on foreign policy? For instance, if a fan of another team comes on this board and starts spewing venom, do we send a retaliatory strike to their boards? Acutally, maybe that is more an immigration issue. Let's close the IE vborders to any and all not like us!

Anybody else find these taxes an outrage? I call this taxation without benefication. No benefit to us?
What exactly are we getting by being taxed? Nothing.

I promise to eliminate taxes all together. More betting money, more shenanigans money.

Not true. There is no way to bet that the favorite doesn't cover without having to specify whether or not they win. (At least in most of the games I've seen set up lately.)

For example, if there is a game with an 11 point favorite, there is no bet for the underdog +11. You have to pick from 2 different options (underdog wins outright or favorite wins but doesn't cover.) Those 2 different options both fall under 1 outcome - the favorite doesn't cover.

If a favorite doesn't cover, it doesn't matter if they win or not....they didn't cover, so the dog "wins."

I've never heard of a requirement to specify the circumstances under which the favorite doesn't cover. Either they do, they don't, or they push.

ok, well the problem you're having is that's not betting the money line, that's betting the spread. the money line and the spread are different forms of betting. (sorry if you knew this, not being condescending, just explaining)

until this season, we've always had the money line and no spread. others asked for being able to bet the spread, so we added that. if you want to go through the process of determining the the proper odds for betting a true spread (i.e. favorite covers the spread vs. favorite doesn't cover the spread), i'll bring it up to the mods. I'm not proficient in betting, but i doubt many bookies will give 1:1 odds for the favorite not beating the spread.

Thanks for the explanation. Now that you've familiarized me with the proper terminology, why is there no option to bet the spread (which, to me and many that I know is interchangeable with the "line," hence the confusion,) as that is the normal convention when wagering on football games?

I voted for NO TAXES STONEY but will be registering my two cats, Tebow And Brady, to vote just in case my v-bets don't go as planned this weekend.

I might be needing the state to take care of me and the cats will vote as I tell them
