What happened to Johnnd05's Recruiting News Roundup: Friday Night Lights Edition???

Johnnd05's recruiting updates used to be one of my favorite posts to read on this web site. For those who don't know what I'm talking about, Johnnd05 would post weekly recaps/statistics of each of the ND commitments (and some ND targets). Anybody know why he hasn't been posting them here this season?

If not, does anybody know a good user-friendly web site to get high school football game stats from?

dude! where have you been? hope everyone is well. we do miss your blog entries (sorry stoney) and witty banter. my sarcastic replies don't seem to do the trick.

did you finish up your PhD work? don't tell me we have to call you Dr John now. LOL

Sorry for the disappearance, dudes - no particular reason, just got caught up in other stuff. But no, I'm SO not finished with my Ph.D. I'll try to stop in more often - though we all saw how well I followed through on that promise last time.

By the way sportallyr, the site I often used to get stats was MaxPreps - though another good way to go is to set up a Google News feed for the recruits, using their names, or perhaps their names and their high school names (e.g. "Cierre Wood" AND "Santa Clara"). Then when you log in to Google you can see the latest ...
