Too Early?!

Pondering through the College FB tab on ESPN.com, I noticed our week 7 bowl prediction. I know it's early but, want to get some feedback (rise) out of some of you. What is your thoughts???

ESPN - Bowl Projection - College Football

I like the bowl and the match-up. I would really like to see this game to see where we would stand at the end of the season. Not to say that our opponent, or ND for that matter, would be in this bowl but, it sure would be a good game IMO. Let me know.

At least they still have us in the Gator bowl, which is where I believe we can get to with an 8 win season. Even with 9 wins, I think I would rather be in the Gator than a BCS bowl.

I'm surprised after losing last weekend that ESPN didn't take the "liberty" of moving us to the Independence bowl.

I don't see us losing another game until USC. And every week that goes by leads me to believe that we will be more competitive in that game than people think.

I would absolutely love to see FSU in the Gator Bowl! Don't know if it will happen, but it would be cool!!!

I'm positive when I have something to be positive about. When you beat SDSU 21-14 and a sad sack UM team that hands you the game, its time for worry.

I would really like to go 8-4 or 9-3 and play FSU on the Gator Bowl...very winnable game and could set us up for a great momentum going into next year! Plus my buddy is a FSU fan and I would love to watch him cry!

fsu would be a good matchup for us and def a game we should win. it would be a great measuring stick for the end of the season to see if we can win under pressure by then.

Well, as others have said, I don't really want a BCS bowl for the money. I want a deserved bowl game. Gator sounds good and the Seminoles would be a really good game (on paper). And to be truthfully honest about the bowls, if we could win the season out, I don't think we would be ranked high enough to get a BCS anyway. The Baby-Boomers have grown old and the new crowd is in and from my take of things, ND is hated more now than ever. Still way too early, lot of football left!!

i agree completely dizzy. a bcs berth will not happen under any circumstances now with two losses and a ranking far in the distance.

I would like to see us in the Gator Bowl, I remember when we played NCSU, but I don't think we'd be playing FSU, I think it will be someone else from the ACC

this is true, FSU has strugled this year and it doesn't look much better in their in and out of conference games ahead. Florida and, dare I say, Clemson could be losses for them and VT should give them a heck of a run also. We could very possibly have a rematch with North Carolina or even see Georgia Tech!

Well If it were GA Tech, I will have tickets to that one without a problem. But I won't be talking to Paul after that game. I would love to play them Heels again though.
