Random ND QB question

Prior to Brady Quinn in '05 & '06, when was the last time ND had an upperclassman at starting quarterback? Was is Jarius in '99?

I know this is a random question, but I wonder if any other major program has gone that long.

Battle was an underclassman. Remember Lovecchio started as an underclassman too.
