I'm not sure if this question has ever been asked but Which play did you enjoy more resulting in an Irish Victory?

1. September 21, 2002: It appeared that Notre Dame (4-0) was going to suffer another heartbreaking loss to the Spartans when Charles Rogers made 21-yard grab from Jeff Smoker in the back of the end zone on a fourth-down pass with 1:45 left in the game. But 30 seconds later Backup quarterback Pat Dillingham tossed a 60-yard touchdown
pass to Arnaz Battle with 1:15 remaining as 12th-ranked Notre Dame snapped a five-game losing streak to Michigan State remaining unbeaten with a wild 21-17 victory and went on to win their next 4 games.

2. September 23, 2006: After being blown out by Michigan a week earlier, Notre Dame was Down 16 at Michigan State heading into the 4th quarter. Cornerback Terrail Lambert capped a furious rally by returning an interception 27 yards for a touchdown with 2:53 remaining to give the 13th-ranked Fighting Irish a 40-37 victory over the Spartans.

I think I enjoyed the 16 point rally the most because it was like 11 at night and i was hanging out in a bar with a bunch of of my ND friends and alot of the bar was routing against ND. We were going bonkers in the bar when Lambert returned that INT for a TD. That Arnaz Battle TD was awesome too because I was so angry when Rodgers caught that pass. Rodgers torched ND for 175 and 2 TDs. I was sitting in my car outside of a high school football stadium listening to it on the radio. It was a great feeling when they won that game.

I was in a bar as well down here in florida. I was going absolutely nuts when TL picked off that pass. People were looking at me weird but I didn't care. That was a great game.

The 2002 game I remember vividly. I could have flipped the coffee table by the way they were playing. Then all of a sudden the 60 yard touchdown by Battle. I went nuts in the living room...

I will have to say the 16 point comeback. It was one of the few times we had a game on in the evening here on the West Coast so some of my buddies and I had staked out a good table at our favorite bar and been partying since noon. There was a big table of MSU fans nearby and we had been having some really fun, good natured jawing back and forth all day. Every time MSU would score or have a big play, they would buy us a round of shots and we would do the same when ND scored. They were letting us have it all game until the comeback started. It was awesome! Definitely my favorite MSU game.

16 pt comeback. I was bartending in an Irish pub, watching the game more than working, the place went berserk after that INT return.

While I was definitely excited about the comeback (my brother and I were going nuts in my living room), I was actually at the game in East Lansing, right on the end zone where Rodgers caught that TD pass. We drove up from South Bend for my first away game and it was a blast (even though the MSU fans were a little overboard). When he caught that pass and kept his feet in, I thought the Michigan State faithful around me were going to explode. I was actually scared for the first time in my entire ND football watching career. Luckily, not too long afterwords, the entire stadium was deflated. One of my favorite memories is walking out of the stadium chanting "We are ND" with all of my fellow Irish faithful.

HOLY YOUTUBE BATMAN! I watched this video back to back. I thought I was the biggest Notre Dame du Lac football fan in the world (who kept it to myself until I just had to search for other fans), but apparently there are other fans bigger than me. How did you find this video? Never mind. I will find a way on my own. I remember the game. Somehow, I knew ND would pull it out. I have despaired over lesser games, but somehow I knew...

I am thinking still a losing season this year, but all games will be exciting to watch.

By golly, I don't think I will sleep tonight after watching that video. Thanks for posting.

Get the member back. Youtube is a new thing that seems to be rising. Just like ND football. And "oldie something" was able to disrupt my sleep tonight. I think I will do a 5k to settle down. Be back in 17 min 22 sec.

I run 2 miles in 20 minutes.

Great you tube video. Video absolutely confirms my first decision of the favorite play.

The Shark is a damn beast! As is Rhema. Im fired up for Saturday.

Herby: "If you've watched Michigan State for the last 50 years, you know that his is why you are Michigan State." hahahaha classic line after the fumble.

hahahaha "We can't even plant the flag right!!!" hahahaha

This game is going to be such a lop-sided victory for us its not even a joke.

And yes you heard this from "25% negative-75% pocitive Weis 4 pres."

holler at me.

I absolutely HATE MSU.
