yes but rivals has been a below average site on recruiting.....like last year when they moved omar to a five star after he got crushed by cave in the Under Armour game. and cave didnt even move into the top 100..... i think cierre will be a bit better than bryce IMO.

Rivals is way better than Scout, and exponentially better than ESPN

I wouldn't say rivals is below average. I just really think that they have their favorites and the earlier they hear about a kid the more likely a favorite he will become. Just my opinion.

That's probably true, also they refuse to acknowledge great performances at camps/combines run by their competition, which can sometimes lead to huge differences between the rankings of the 2 major sites (i.e. Abry Jones, Logan Heastie). However, I do appreciate the fact they don't give out such a large amount of 5 and 4 star rankings (a la Scout).

maybe, but none of it involves ND. He dropped ND back at the beginning of august from his list of favorites.
