A recommendation for the Recruit Profile Topics/Threads

I may be a lone on this, but when I'm searching for a recruit profile, one of the first things I look for is how many stars the recruit has. I notice there is great information in the titles of the topics/threads that represent the recruits. I think it would add a lot more to the "usability" if the star ratings were in the title.

I know space and title character limits might be a problem, but maybe it can be abbreviated.

EG: 1S = 1 Star, 2S = 2 Star, 3S = 3 Star... etc

Just a suggestion..

Depends on the website, plus star ratings shouldn't define what you think about a player. We should be excited about any player we get, not just that we have the highest average among college teams. I think Jake Golic is very good, yet hes a 2 star.

I think it can be rounded off:

If rivals says 3 stars, and scout says 4 stars, it can be "3.5"

I'm not discounting anybody based on their ratings, but it would still provide a vague summary on each players perceived talent level.

IMO it would be more work than the benefit it provides. for one thing many of the 2010 profiles are already up. many more will go up after Sept 1 when offers to juniors can go out. but none of the recruiting services rank the junior players until after their junior season is over, sometime in January.

so someone would have to go in an update all those profiles of recruits who became ranked. and if i'm not mistaken, the recruiting services adjust their rankings another dozen or so times from the first time until NSD. while the stars don't change as often as the ranks, still seems like alot of work.
