I love to see that full contact in practices. Something they serioulsy lacked last year. I love that brawl to because it shows me that theres some bad blood from last year. I think we are going to be deadly this year. There's something just telling me were gonna be TOUGH and NASTY for real. GO IRISH!

any word on who was in the fight.. looked like an O-line guy crushed a D-line guy to start it

That seemed like a lively practice there. Hope the enthusiasim carries over to the fall practices and then into the games...

As usual, it is very difficult to read anything out of a clip when a team is playing against itself, but the intensity and hitting will definitely pay some dividends down the road. The fight in practice, especially during spring drills, is nothing to concern ourselves with. If a team is practicing with intensity, these incidents will happen. For those of you who don't think this is nothing to worry about, you should watch the video again and see no punches were thrown just some harmless pushing and shoving. I hope this means the boys are starting to understand what its like to be "NASTY!".
