PA end Hill talks favorites
By Mike Farrell, Recruiting Analyst
Mar 24, 12:51 pm EDT

Two schools are leading for 6-foot-3, 261-pound defensive end Jordan Hill. The Steelton (Pa.) Highspire product still doesn’t claim a scholarship, but is getting his share of interest.

“I’ve actually got about 33 schools sending me letters,” he said. “I’ve heard from Boston College, Pittsburgh, NC State, Penn State, Cincinnati, Michigan, Syracuse, Notre Dame, Rutgers, Alabama and Tennessee.

“I’d say my top two are Pittsburgh and Penn State. I enjoyed my visit to Penn State. It feels like home to me. I really like Coach Johnson too. He could be a father figure to me. I’ve talked to the coaches at Pitt a lot. I call them about every week and they have a lot of local players up there, most of whom I know.”

Unless ND jumps in the mix soon, offers and makes a big impression, it appears Pitt, Penn State (which actually hasn't offered yet) and Rutgers will be Hill's final three.
