Second, you have to be more of a rep whore
Third, it's not just smartass comments, it's gotta be timely and funny.
Fourth, you need more money, we use hundreds for tissues.
Fifth, you have to have a good signature.

Seventh, repping the inner sanctum is a must.

Money can't be that big of a factor since I have more then SoCal.
