VaTech won today and will play BC next week in the ACC Championship game.

WVU is pulling away from UConn and with a win they'll clintch the Big East.

Kentucky and Tennessee are currently involved in a great overtime game. If Tenn wins they'll face LSU next week for the SEC Championship. If they lose Georgia will play LSU.

Tebow just scored on a long run to give UF the lead against FSU.

As frustrating as this year has been for us, I think I would be more frustrated as an LSU, Tenn, Georgia or Alabam fan. I'm sure there are others too.

But losing games you have no business winning is nothing to get upset about. Losing to unranked teams that you should mop the floor with when you are a top ranked, God-ordained SEC team is just pathetic.

("God-ordained" isn't meant to be irreverent to God, it's a slap at the SEC)

Stink. That means USC is back in the rose bowl race. They will have to beat UCLA next week. But that may be easy.

UCLA always loses badly after a good win this year. This week they shut out Oregon 16-0. OR was without Dixon. But that won't change UCLA's pattern.

I hope Alabama loses. SouthernIrish needs to be able to talk some smack to her 3rd graders. Since Georgia and TN won, there's only the bama fans (if there are any in Bulldog country) to put down. I don't think there are any Auburn fans outside of Auburn.

Those Bama kids haven't been able to look me in the eye after losing to Louisana-Marylin Monroe U last week, let alone after losing to Auburn.

But I can't laugh too much, my Bama Son is not happy and my WVU son is not very good at being a humble winner.
