You could tell something was comming after the comments he made at the end of the game.

This off season will be very interesting as far as coaching changes.

If only he would have quit before it cost me some major v-bucks. I mean how selfish can a guy get? :eek:grin:

Wonder if he can coach an offensive line????

I personally don't want a guy that would be going down a level or two to coach the OL. I'd rather have a hungry guy that coaches the OL somewhere else that has asperations of being an OC, or HC someday. Those guys tend to be more excitable, and are often harder workers.

I don't think we want a guy who sells team secrets for some extra weekend spending money.

Wow. I saw those comments, too.

How awful is Texas, btw?

I think its going to be interesting to see what happens to A&M's recruiting class. They have 24 committed kids and a top 10 class going right now, if they wait too long to name a coach, they could lose a bunch of kids.

Kapron Lewis-Moore come on down! You're the next recruit to join the number one class in the nation.

A&M's DC is Gary Darnell. Holtz canned him as the ND DC in '91 before the Cheerios Bowl where Lou directed the defense himself.

Surely, he won't be retained at A&M.

Did anyone else catch the clip of the post gam press conference? As someone else I know put it he pulled a Castanza. After he resigned he got up and left in the middle of the post game press conference just as the AD, who was sitting next to him, was starting to talk. LOL! But there's no hard feelings, right...

It was pretty funny and awkward all at the same time.

They just showed it on sportscenter. I think he left to go bring the car closer so he and the AD could go to a celebration dinner. :)
