Pretty sad that Notre Dame is in the game to decide who the worst team in college football is. The loser of this game is officially the worst team in division I-A football. Thats just PATHETIC!

I had no intention of going and yet I still had two chances to go, so I caved to my brother in-law this moring and it looks like I'm going to go again. I just hope they don't fall apart and mail it in again. I had never seen them lose in person untill this year and now I've watched them do it twice.

Don't "Just Win Baby"....let's not allow this horrific season to demean what a victory means....winning at any cost is worse than a lost season, its a program that has lost or sold it soul.

I expect a win today...but like I said earlier in the week, I have expected a lot of wins this year that have not materialized. Facts are facts and this is a tough one to take, but ND is actually one of the worst teams in the country this year. Record-wise, stats-wise, you-name-it-wise...this is a BAD, BAD "team".

I put that in quotes because I believe of all the problems, mistakes and short-comings of the season, of all the things that coulda-shoulda-woulda made this a different depth of travesty - the one that is missing the most is any kind of visible cohesion on this unit as the season wore on.

Maybe the feel-good story from this week about Sam Young seeking out Weis at 5:30 AM to talk about how to become a better leader for the team is the first step toward establishing an honest to god "team" for next year? I have no reason to believe that other than I want to...but it would be a start...

That's such crap. I don't like that he did that, but I see far more idiotic celebrations on every single SEC team.

I saw nearly identical situations last year in our bowl game. Smardizja flipped the ball towards a player and got flagged for 15 yds.

Same day, USC's Jarret got right in a CB's face and kept taunting him by holdign the ball out. No flag.
