We're just not a good team, that's all there is to it. I really don't get why some of you guys really pump yourselves up with predictions of an upset. Sure I'll watch and hope but I'm not stupid enough to make brash predictions of how great we're going to be on any given day.

Our defense played decent at the start (as they have all year)....GREAT move by Charlie putting them on the field first....might as well give them an extra series to tire them out quicker, eh?

But the offense sucks so much ass, it's unbelievable. We don't even belong on the same field with USC...and that's not because USC belongs amongst the best in the country.....it's because we're that bad.

I completely agree with you. We have only been past the 50 once. ONCE people and it was barely over the 50. Notre Dame is THE WORST TEAM IN NCAA PERIOD! PLAIN AND SIMPLE!

And what? Who said I cared how they play? I wouldn't suggest pulling the starters if I cared how the backups played. I said it would lead all sports broadcasts because you don't ever see it done...especially at a high profile program....even more so at a place like ND.

Pull every starter in the middle of the 3rd quarter and phones everywhere will be ringing off the hook. Wanna send the players a message. That'll do it.
