Both the offense and the defense just aren't competing. They've given up.

Who knew this would be the worst team in ND history? I'm just disgusted.

Running backs are still solid, give or take a fumble. Clausen is solid, and rolling to his left because pressure coming from his right. Defemse still gives up long yardage - can't come through when needed. Did anyone see Zibb get run over after a poor attempt at tackling? Still no tackling skills. Special teams still suck. Special teams coach must go. CW's game plannin on offense goes beyond simple into simplistic. Big difference. He must treat Clausen as if he is a seasoned vet and open it up, thus giving Clausen more options and not allowing opposing D to pin their ears back. They still look like they were never taught fundamental football.
