Freshman hitting the field

Even more Freshman hit the field than I figured. Armando Allen had 3 carries and 5 KRs. Golden Tate was on the KR team and returned one. Hughes was in a few times and fielded a few KRs as an upback. Jimmy Clausen played a few series. Kamara had a couple of late catches. I thought I caught a glimpse of Brian Smith (#58) getting a few late reps. Brandon Walker hit a FG for the only ND points. Are there any that I'm missing??

One of the two passes Jones threw were to Hughes, on the rollout, it went to his feet but hughes gave it a shot and got down there.

Ian Williams played NT in the 4th and maybe the 3rd too.... He made at least one tackle also

I just checked the boxscore in the SB tribune, and Ian Williams was credited with 3 tackles, which is 1 more than Kuntz even. Weird.

Ya I didn't notice that Ian, and Kerry got in b/c I was already crying, and drinking whiskey heavily......j/k we are gonna be alright, they just showed their age yesterday, the adjustment to a new defense, etc. I really think they will play a lot better next week, maybe not well enough to win, but I think it will be a lot better.

when i realized the game was over (at the 26-3 point), I started looking for the young guys. I am excited to see them and I was hoping to see golden tate in the open field do his thing. Also, check out chestertonleps pics of the game, they're great.
