'08 FL LB Etienne Sabino (Ohio State Verbal)

Sabino was told by Corwin Brown that he could play every LB position for the Irish, but we all know his future is at the OLB position. Filer, Poz., and McDonald all have zero affect on Sabino. He is confident in his abilities and will have a spot held for him, he's the last big dog that we're going after on defense. Does that really mean CB will have 1 guy left on his defensive recruiting board to harrass? Sounds good me, but when CB recruits it's not harrassing it's building relationships.

I guess that means he can committ more time to game-planning etc. Sounds good to me, something that the last guy should have done more of.

I think the gameplan comes first. Definately a plus to only need to work on a couple of prospects now. Always need to stay on the guys we have on board though too.

I'm skeptical as this guy is saying OSU is his leader and we're number three.

From all I've seen, it's UNC, ND, or one of the Florida schools.

So am I. He's telling people to watch out for guys like Beal, and Bryant. Plus Kenny Tate doesn't even have an offer and he's acting like ND is a strong player there.

I thought I read somewhere that he was heading out to USC for a visit too. I don't know if it is on this trip or not, but it may delay any committment.....or show the sign of one if he cancels that trip.

It wouldn't suprise me one bit. I can only think of a few guys that CB went after and didn't get. Especially if he gets them on campus and spends a large amount of quality time with them.
