The first thing that jumps out at me, is an Ohio State fan found out about this supposed surgery before any of us. And secondly, if Clausen had surgery right now for bone spurs, he would not be out the entire season, in fact he would probably be ready by fall practice. Weis has been very upfront about injuries and told everyone to believe nothing unless he is the one who says it (in regards to team injuries).

No need to worry about Clausen, he had surgery on his elbow, but he will be ready by fall practice, per ESPN. Man, it sounds eerily similar to something I said earlier in this thread.

are we sure it was for bone spurs. In the ESPN report they said the surgery was on the elbow and I thought the bone spurs were in the shoulder. I could be wrong with that. I guess it doesn't matter as long is he is ready by practice, but you don't want it to be something that could nag him the rest of his career.
