How parochial are Southeastern U.S. High School Athletes in determining what college they go to, or should the question be how successful are the coaches in that region in keeping arguably the best talent in the country at home. 46% of the recruits from the QIR 179 come from this region, and only 9 of those recruits are currently planning on attending a school outside of their region. Name the schools that these 9 recruits are attending. For the purposes of this question the Southeastern U.S. is defined as the following states: Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, & Arkansas. Close AI but if you look at the database the USC recruit is now uncommitted because his "soft verbal" is now most likely not a commit at all. He may still end up out of the region, but for now he is classified as uncommitted. You listed the really hard one already, keep trying.

I would have said Colorado has one but on your list of 179 for some reason Conrad Obi is not listed. He is going from Ga to Colorado and rivals and ESPN have him ranked high, and since I have not checked all the others.
