For ND:
1. BQ is not Joe Montana, but he is a damn good QB. He will be playing on Sundays next year. You should be glad he was around the last 4 years.
2. Casey & Ricky Clausen's little brother just might be the best athlete in their family.
3. Darius Walker is a junior.

For LSU:
1. Nick Saban will do quite a bit to help wipe that miserable smirk off Tommy Tuberville's Auburn face this coming fall.
2. We get Auburn & Florida at home this fall.

For New Orleans:
1. ND fans were a class act - a great improvement over the yahoos we see from Florida, Auburn, Miami, FSU, & OSU.
Y'all were almost a bit TOO quiet & reserved.
2. ND Band practiced at a couple of local high schools, & visited with band members at a Holy Cross school that had been badly damaged by Katrina. ND Band Director is to be credited.

Chas, it's been great having you around here. We've gotten some real ass-clowns from opposing teams on here before, but you've been one of the better ones.

As Charlie Weis said to Pete Carroll last month, "Nice ass-kicking." LSU is a damn fine football team, and I have a feeling you're gonna be happy next year.

Although most people here might not know about LSU and Auburn, I do, (as the only resident SEC homer on this board). That will be a great thing to see. Looks like the west just got a little more interesting.

Of course Saban slips in there the year after Alabam gets off violations.
