Note to revisionists: LSU is milking the clock with 8 minutes to go

LSU will be content to win by 20. They are milking the clock with 8 minutes to go. They could have scored more if they were trying.

Even if we somehow get a score in the 4th quarter, this game was not close nor competitive. So when we are discussing this game down the road, let's not talk about what might have happened or what could have been.

We got whipped.

Bottom line: We don't have the horses

WTF??!! You know that they are going to run it every down. They were trying to milk the clock and they score with ease. WHAT THE HELL?????

I totally agree. But the Blue and Gold Spin Doctors will be sayign that this game was not a blowout. They will reference the fumble recovery taken away from us by the refs. They will reference the "would be" TD pass that bounced off Shark's head. They will reference BQ's 2nd INT that bounced off our Wr's chest.

They will say that we were just a few bad breaks from being right in the game. You watch.

Reality? We got waxed.

Yeah, we did. Is it just me or was there no intensity once again? How can Shark not catch that ball?

We came out slow again and got down quickly by 14 points. We clawed our way back in the 2nd quarter. Then had no answers for anything in the 2nd half.

I credit LSU's staff. They made adjustments at halftime. We thought the the 2nd half was optional.

Too much shark, not enough Carlson. No trick plays, nothing out of the ordinary. With this defense, it takes 40+ points a game to keep up.

No, there was a trick play. Remember the fake punt that put us in the hole right off the bat??

no solo,i believe it was the tipped ball by carlson, then intercepted by burggess in the michigan game that started this whole downward spiral.
better yet,it was the week before when notre dame totaly wasted penn state and just gave everyone the confidence it would continue to juggernaut it's way to the national championship without trying.

Carlson was too busy providing protection to the QB...when he should be out catching passes. If he was not there, BQ would have gotten creamed. With him there, BQ had less options to pass to... Catch 22.
