I think he's probably the heavy favorite right now, and unless he bombs in workouts, should still be in April. He's at worst a top 3 player, if not 1st on most rankings and articles about the draft I've seen. Plus, I think history has shown us that QBs are always overvalued at the draft and a team with a long-term need at that position drafting high is probably going in that direction. And Quinn's actually considered the best player available unlike say Alex Smith, David Carr, or even Carson Palmer.
Of course, Al Davis is a weird cat, Millen might be trying to save his job with a quick-fix solution, and Tampa could end up spending a lot of money on Chris Simms, so anything's still possible.
