Why I am shocked that you would infer such a thing... I mean, he's a paragon of virtue. He is clearly all knowing.

Why just last year he KNEW we would go 1-5 at best our first 6 games. And he was right wasn't he?

I recall reading a story of one of the guys over on blu-gray sky that saw Mark May at the Fiesta Bowl last year. The guy said something to Mark May as he was walking about his 0-6 prediction and how he is an idiot. Mark May then flipped him off while acting like he was scratching his head. Classy ESPN employees.

In case you guys haven't figured it out, Mark May is told by his producers to say only negative things about Notre Dame. It's become his schtick. ESPN wants to have the banter between him and Holtz. They know that we Irish fans will tune in to see what stupid thing he will say next and then talk about it all over our message boards. It just become a running theme on the show and we'll have to deal with it.

Dont pay attention to ANYTHING Mark May say's about anything let alone Notre Dame. He's still bitter that when he played for "pitt" that we beat the living shit out of him and his "weak ass" Pitt team the whole time he was there.
