Get Randy Shannon on the Phone!!!

As one poster said earlier, Randy Shannon is going to be looking for a job after the season. And for those of you that dont know, he is the Miami D-Cordinator, who always has a top 10 defense.

This move makes sense for these reasons.

1.) Minter sucks and needs to go, he has shown no improvement at all.
2.) Shannon has always had a top 10 D
3.) Shannon can recruit - He always gets to the top Defensive talent because he knows how to put the players into the NFL and that is what these high school kids want to here and know.
4.) Shannon has connections - Florida next to Texas is the best recruiting state in the nation and shannon has connections down there to get us close to these top recruits.

This move makes perfect sense, and I hope Miami hires Greg AShiano (spelling?) from Rutgers because that means Shannon is out because Greg will certainly take the D-Cordinator duties over.

PLEASE GOD ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS IS FOR WEIS TO HIRE RANDY SHANNON!!!!

Hopefully we will bring in a guy who can excite the new young defensive recruits and consistently bring in the big D talent.
