I'm actually loving the fact that virtually no one thinks ND can pull this off. Even people that like ND. It's ironic that more people gave ND a better chance last year than this year. I just have a feeling about this one. The breaks are beating the boys, it's time to go out there and win just one for the Gipper.

I have not and will not watch any college football coverage on ESPN this week. I do not want to hear the garbage that they will spew out of their moutn concerning Saturday's game. I'll tune in after ND beats SC to see and hear them eat crow. Then I will read every article with a big Kool-Aid smile. Intangibles play a big part in every football game. That edge will go to ND. I don't think SC will be able to match ND's intensity. I also don't foresee ND turning it over 5 times either. Stewart Mandel still sucks.

Why is that? Because they can lose when you think they will win, and they will come up big in games that you feel like they don't have a chance...

In terms of Mandel. He acts as if his arguments AGAINST ND are really valid.

What he isn't admitting is that you could say the same thing about every one-loss team out there, they have had their share of lucky breaks. ESPECIALLY USC.
