Now for an asshole opinion....the question shouldn't be whether the fence should be electrified or not, rather what voltage should be attatched to the gonads of the cretin who suggested it in the first place. The idea isn't to harm individuals looking for a better life, rather syem the tide of immigration using a non-violent method. A fence is foolish, but at least it isn't overtly harmful to anyone. To suggest electrifying it is inhumane.
