So apparently we have a member who has run into the coach xp glitch. I'm going to try to fix it with something I read on another forum. If it doesn't work, then he and the newest guy (who hasn't joined yet) won't get xp, and naturally will want to drop out.

None of the other be guys have said if they are getting this problem or not. But if so, we'll definitely need to do something.

If we restart, which seems like the only thing that fixes that, make sure you allow the XP to be reset by the user. I've read that's a way to avoid it

Should I just hold off on joining? If not, what are the limits on the teams I can pick?

Well if we end up having to restart, I'll be sure to add that. Also, I'll use the latest roster changes that would reflect this season. It's a good thing we haven't really got this season rolling yet.

I hope it doesn't have to come to that though. I'd like to hear from Gattaca and Buster about their thoughts on restarting.

I mean I'd rather not restart but it is what it is I guess. Sorta sucks considering I found myself some "gems" in a QB with 95 speed and an ATH with 98 speed that were destined to tie for the Heisman four years in a row. :)

Ok so after alot of research, it appears this XP glitch is unfixable, EA gave up on this game literally right out of the gate. So I'm going to say we need to restart the dynasty and not add anymore members after we start the season. We'll be at 10 players unless 1 or 2 more join in the next couple days during the restart/join up phase.

I'll keep all of the dynasty options the same, except we'll start with a 4 star instead of a 3 star team. All I'll need is everyone's teams they plan on playing with.

How can we pick a team if we can't see the rosters though?

Edit: it'll probably be a hassle getting everyone on the same page with downloading the roster file. It may be best just to use the one everyone already knows.

Shit my team is like 99 O 97 D 98 ST. Im finally getting it right where i want it. Also that means all the XP we already have is gone?

I agree that it sucks. But I'd rather have a full league of members active than 5 of us , because of the others quitting due to XP problems.

To replace the XP that we built, I could start us at a default level of 5 if you want. I can go either way with that.

I'm strongly against 5:s: teams. Dudes can be Florida State at that point...

He's talking about the coaching levels not the team levels. So like most of us are around level 13 right now, instead of starting over at 0 we can start at 5. For teams we are starting at 4*'s

I think I'm going to mix it up and go with Tennessee. I just can't play with Georgia Tech's uniforms.
