Question for y'all: im interviewing for a third time with a company tomorrow, but im interviewing with the co-chairman and CEO. I've interviewed with the 2 managers in business development, the VP of business development, and the president and COO so far. My question is: do I ask any different end of interview questions than I have with everyone else? I usually ask something like "what traits do you think are needed to be successful at this job" or something like that. Would it be poor form to ask him when a decision will be made since he is so far up the company ladder? Please help. Thanks.
I wouldn't worry about asking the same questions.
1. The CEO is such a high level job that there is a very low chance that he knows what other people have asked you. He will probably look at your resume for the first time a few hours before your interview.
2. There's nothing wrong with asking the same questions to different people. In fact, it might actually be beneficial. The CEO will probably have very different views on successful traits in a candidate that a manager or lower level employee.
