Since next year the 4-team playoff begins (and most expect it to expand to 8 in a few years), I thought it would be fun to pick who would be in your playoffs if you were the committee.
For my 4-team playoff, I'd do:
1) FSU
2) Auburn
3) Bama
4) Mich State
--Also considered Stanford due to their wins but 2 losses was too much, and Baylor getting blown out eliminated them for me
For my 8-team playoff, I'd do
1) FSU
2) Auburn
3) Bama
4) Mich State
5) Stanford
6) Baylor
7) South Carolina
8) Oregon
--Really tough here. Other teams to consider were Mizzou (lack of big wins, also they get screwed here by having to play the SEC CG), Ohio State, Clemson, and Oklahoma.
