DLuring the 'dog days of summer," when there's little to write about if you cover college football; its always a safe bet to write about Notre Dame. This never fails to bring out the lovers and haters (See feedback comments on this article). This is the same guy who wrote a negative story on Notre Dame's returning senior quarterback entitled "Prepare to choke on sappy Quinn stories" in February in which he questioned why Brady opted to return for his senior year. He went on to state that "Not only is Quinn leaving a lot of money on the table, but I don't think Notre Dame will win the national title, or that Quinn will win the Heisman. In fact, I have five reasons to believe Quinn's senior year won'tl be dreamy." He must have been "under the gun" by his editor to come up with a story because he only listed four reasons and indicated that he failed to research his information when two of his other "reasons" were that "The Irish haave to replace three offensive lineman" and "Who will be the yin to Jeff Samardzija's yang? Maurice Stovall? Gone. Anthony Fasano? Gone."
His other two "reasons?" He completely flip-flopped on them for this article! Apparently some so-called "journalists" care more about the reaction they get than what they actually write!
